Who We Are at Quan Agency
Our History
The Agency was first opened in 2013 by Carlos Quan as a Farmers agent. Kevin Quan came into the business in 2014 after graduating college at the University at Albany. Later, in November 2020, Kevin took ownership of the Agency. We became independent from Farmers as of March 2024, and we are now free to expand our markets to get the best coverages for our personal and commercial clients!
Our Values
The three pillars we love to give back too are, animals, veterans, kids and school programs. Our community is super important to us, as our motto says, "Insurance with Heart, Service with Care!"

Kevin Quan
Husband, Dog Dad, and a student of life. Kevin Quan enjoys long walks along the beach and early mornings and late nights filled with playing board games or video games with friends and family. Kevin has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years and after seeing a thing or two he is ready to handle any issues that you come across with insurance !
Carlitos (Carlos) Quan
Carlos Quan Jr or Carlitos– believes in hard work, creating your own luck, and persevering with a smile. Carlitos’ mission is to spread positivity and promote a healthy lifestyle as a personal trainer. As a recent Rutgers Grad majoring in Communication with a minor in Economics, Carlitos is excited to spread financial literacy with his expertise in insurance.
